Saturday is probably the busiest night for this street. Not sure what to refer to this street as (Wakamono-gai?) - but it's sort of the center of Shibuya's youth culture. It was created a about four decades ago by putting a small river underground and making its former path a street - the street in this video.
There's a lot to see in this video if you watch it closely. The people and scenes are pretty much what it's like to walk down that street.
