Walking from the ticket barrier for the Toyoko and Minato-Mirai Lines (with the Toyoko LIne strangely labeled "Tokyu L.").
It hasn't been many years since the Toyoko Line was put underground at Yokohama Station, so everything is still pretty squeaky clean.
When I reach the platform, there is an express train there, but the many people waiting in line are waiting for a different type of train to arrive. (After this, a local came, and then a special express train (which is what I wanted to take.)
