"Tokaido LIne Green Cars (Upper & Lower Levels)" (100313-1206)

At Tokyo Station - walking into and through the two "Green Cars" (1st class), going first through the upper level (in the first car) and then through the lower level (in the second car).  I would have walked through the section between the two 1st class cars, but the door wasn't opening (either locked, or I wasn't pulling/pushing/whatever the handle correctly), so I went out to the platform to get to the next 1st class car and then out to the platform again to get to the regular section of the train.

I don't mind not having a reserved seat, but a train trip certainly is much nicer if the seat is by the window and facing forward instead of facing the centerline of the train car with two groups of people set facing each other as though both were on a stage.  That's not a complaint exactly - I realize that this seating arrangement is the most practical, given the number of people who use the trains during the peak rush hours.
